Fracking: What can you do?

All too often we feel helpless when faced with issues like fracking.  What can we as individuals do?

Well actually we can do quite a lot, and if more and more individuals do small things we will build awareness and we’ll make our voices heard.  Here’s some things you can do:

- Join our Facebook Group – Say No To Fracking and Drilling South Island

- Write to your MP and tell them you’re concerned about fracking

- Write to relevant goverment ministers, write to John Key or post messages on their Facebook pages

- Write letters to local and national newspapers, your community newsletter, anywhere that will get the message out

- Tell people about fracking – it sounds simple but most people have no idea that fracking is a threat in New Zealand so tell your friends and family, point them to this website.

- Come up with your own ideas to raise awareness, you’ll find plenty of helpful, friendly support if you join our Facebook group

Let’s make our voices heard!
